1-2 Delivery Time
We offer 3 delivery methods : the colissimo the chronopost and range so colissimo. The delivery time is provided for information and does not include preparation time of ordering. It should also consider the delivery time in working days (order shipped in France on Friday should arrive on Monday or 72 hours after shipment).
Postal Deadline for France :
- Colissimo : 48 hours
- Chronopost : 24 hours
- So colissimo : 48 hours
Deadline for international postal :
- Colissimo : only D+3 to D+7 by country
International delivery zone :
- Zone 1 : Allemagne, Belgique, Pays Bas, Luxemboug
- Zone 2 : Grande-Bretagne, Italie, Espagne
- Zone 3 : Autriche, Danemark, Irlande, Portugal

1-2 Restrictions on delivery :
To guarantee an optimal service, we thank you for always us an address to which your order will be delivered during business hours. You must provide a shipping address complete and accurate (with Key Pad, entry code...).
If a mistake on your part or incomplete address, the cost of a second shipment will be your responsibility and you must assume the consequences (loss of the package, the shipping charge back to the correct delivery address...).
When sending your order, an email will be sent with your tracking number and a link to track your packages in real time. The delivery period begins noted receipt of this email confirming shipment of your order.
Avoid grouping for pre-order item with an item in stock as we wait for the command to complete the delivery.
2 - Guarantees / Returns :
If despite our best efforts to maintain accurate product descriptions and secure shipping, you should receive an item that violates its DESCRIPTION SFCOLLECTOR defective or committed to the return provided the request is received within 10 days receipt. However if the product is unavailable you will be refunded the amount of the sale + shipping costs.
If you are not completely satisfied with your choices, SFCOLLECTOR proposes to refunded the amont of the sale. Why the item must be returned within 10 days, in perfect condition in original packaging unsealed, postage paid by you. Only the amount of returned merchandise is refundable.
Return Procedure : You must first apply for permission to return to our "return service" by mail to retour@sfcollector.com, the procedure will then be explained by email. The return will be deemed effective upon receipt of the package by us.
All refunds are done by assigning a credit or if you prefer bank transfer from your bank account or PayPal or your credit card / Visa / Mastercard or by check also.
